Creamy horseradish sauce - rivals steakhouse quality. Excellent with prime rib, beef tenderloin, or steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.
  2. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • For stronger horseradish flavor, add more prepared horseradish to taste
  • Prepared horseradish found in refrigerated section of grocery store
  • Keeps well in fridge - flavors meld over time
