Horseradish Sauce
Creamy horseradish sauce - rivals steakhouse quality. Excellent with prime rib, beef tenderloin, or steak.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Serve right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- For stronger horseradish flavor, add more prepared horseradish to taste
- Prepared horseradish found in refrigerated section of grocery store
- Keeps well in fridge - flavors meld over time
